Filming stories and images that harkens back to the time of his culture and history. 

                                                                                ARTIST STATEMENT
My artwork revolves around simple imagery that defines my cultural identity and history, images that brings you back to a certain time but with a twist that questions the norm.  
I’m always fascinated with the look of old films, vintage photos, simplicity and monotony that I want to recreate in my works.
My favorite subjects are folk art , nostalgic images done in a graphic manner. steering  away from the traditional style of my predecessors art. I have always used old objects of history in my images that creates a feel of an old era, using warm, bright and sepia colors to engage viewers in that effect.
 
These pictures then evolve and used as reference into my other projects like a painting, video work printmaking and different photographic processes which i continually explore and discover.
